- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address. This is managed by Firebase Authentication and is used to identify you and secure your account.
- Purchase Information: When you subscribe to a premium plan, our third-party payment processor, RevenueCat (which interfaces with Apple's App Store), collects purchase and subscription history to validate your access to premium features. We do not see or store your payment card details.
- User Content (Premium Users Only): If you are a premium subscriber, your projects (including localization keys, values, contexts, and settings) are stored in Google's Firebase Firestore database to enable cloud sync. This data is protected by Firestore Security Rules, which ensure that only you can access your own projects.
- API Keys: Your third-party AI provider API keys are stored securely in the Keychain on your local device. They are never sent to our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
The data we collect is used solely for the following purposes:
- To Provide and Maintain the Service: Your email and user ID are used to manage your account. Your project data is stored to provide the core functionality of the app and the cloud sync feature.
- To Manage Your Subscription: We use your purchase history to grant you access to the premium features you've paid for.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with our essential service providers for the purposes listed above:
- Google Firebase: For user authentication and cloud database storage.
- RevenueCat: For managing subscription status.
3. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including using secure, industry-standard third-party services like Firebase and RevenueCat. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your account information at any time. You can delete your account from within the "Manage Account" section of the app or web. Deleting your account will permanently remove your user record and all associated cloud-stored projects.
